      FAQ's

How Does an Online Pharmacy Work?

Although they are a relatively new idea in health care, ordering online medications is becoming widely accepted as a convenient way to improve patient access to physician care.

The process can save time, money and embarrassment, and orders are conveniently shipped to your door. We work only with US Based and Licensed Pharmacies and our contracted pharmacists will always be on hand to answer any questions you may have, just like your neighborhood brick and mortar pharmacy.

How Does The Ordering Process Work?

Once you have submitted your order by clicking on the "Continue" button below, you will asked to send us your prescription, either by Toll Free Fax: 1-866-205-3963 or by uploading a scanned version here. You will then be transferred to a Secure Page (a closed lock symbol at bottom right hand side of your browser and the letters "https" before the url of our website in the window at the top of the page), where you will be asked to fill your personal details and shipping and payment information.

Should there be any questions needed in order to fulfill the prescription, you may contacted by email or by telephone in order to complete the process. If for any reason we cannot prescribe you the requested medication, you will not be billed and you will of course be informed immediately.

Do You Ship Outside Of The USA?

No. We only fill orders to US located residents. If your State is not listed, we are unable to ship to your location. International orders are filled by a Partner Pharmacy licensed to do business within Europe and other countries around the world.

What Types Of Medications Do You Prescribe?

You will see the full list of medications we prescribe on our site. If there is a specific medication not listed, contact us and we will try and provide it.
We can only fill prescriptions that are valid and issued by US licensed physicians.

    How Do You Ship?

We ship by FedEx all of our orders. Once your prescription and payment issues have been processed the pharmacy will fulfill your order. This process should not take longer than 24 hours, depending on the information that you provided being accurate and there being no need to consult with you, or your physician. If your State is not listed, we are unable to ship to your location.

Can I Cancel An Order After I Have Placed It?

You may cancel your order before our pharmacy has shipped the order by calling 1-866-729-4247 or emailing us at . If the pharmacy has not yet shipped your order, we will cancel it. We are sorry but you cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.

Can I Get A Refund If I'm Not Satisfied With The Medications?

Due to Federal Law, there are no refunds or exchanges of medications. The FDA states that prescription medication may not be returned once it is sent from the pharmacy. This is standard whether you are obtaining your medications online or directly from a walk in pharmacy. If you have a specific problem, let us know and we will try to solve it - your satisfaction is our main concern!
